buenos dias carlos una preunta disculpa la molestia estoy instalando
netdot y ya estan las dependencias las libreria la base de dato todo
pero cuando le doy a resetear apache me sale este error

Jesus,
(desculpe my castellano, no es my lengua nativa...) la idea que da es
que declaraste dos veces el Netdot para el Apache. Mira si no hay dos
archivos declarando el programa en /etc/apache2/sites-enabled, o talvez
una segunda declaracion del Netdot en /etc/apache2/conf.d (donde no
deberia haber ninguna...)
