Hi,
I would like to know how can I add an host specifying only "host name" and
"ethernet address" (no ip address) in graphical user interface ?
I can do it in graphical admin interface in DHCP > [new] > Type=host and after
adding the ethernet address but not in user interface.
It's for DHCP pool with use of "known host" and "unknown host" etc...
Thank you.
Have a nice day. Bye.

did you try the installation guide from
https://osl.uoregon.edu/redmine/projects/netdot/files
Manual, section 3?
I did it as described there and it worked me (it took a while until all
dependencies were ok, though - you may need CPAN or add the Perl repo
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/languages:/perl/openSUSE_13.1/
to the zypper repos).
Mit freundlichen Gruessen/With best regards,
--Daniel.
