I did run the upgrade script, but I think I just found my problem -
the _history tables should have been deleted when upgrading from
1.0.4 to 1.0.5 - but I had some 1.0.5 beta from the end of October
installed, where the updatedb script didn't contain any drop table
statements (yet)... So upgrading from there to 1.0.6 passed over those
changes...
I'll compare the upg_104_105 steps from the beta with the updatedb
script in 1.0.6 and then just do the missing changes manually.
