Any ideas of what I'm doing incorrectly? The dbname is correct (netdot).

Did you perhaps change the DB credentials on the Site.conf located in the
target directory, but not the one from where you are installing?

Thank you, I completely overlooked adding the password in
/tmp/netdot1.0.6/etc/Default.conf
