According to your error message, Netdot couldn't find the 
ALCATEL-IND1-CHASSIS-MIB. In the NetDisco mibs package, that 
file is in the alcatel/ subdirectory.

Did you check if "alcatel" is in the list for SNMP_MIB_DIRS 
in your Site.conf, and that AlcatelIND1Chassis.mib is actually 
present in SNMP_MIBS_PATH/alcatel?

When we still used Alcatel switches, I never saw any problems 
with those in Netdot.
