The way out is to edit the .sdo files ( outside ND)  for each Data
Object and do a find and replace ( a piece of Perl code can be very handy). 

        Again, when you deploy the application to QA or Production, you may
again have to go thru this. Creating Public Synonyms and getting rid of the
owner-prefix altogether will avoid this problem.
