Recently I have seen a few questions go unanswered here,
and I know this is frustrating, so I have two suggestions.

First, if you have a problem that doesn't get answered and it is about
something mission-critical like a deployment server hanging, this is the
time to move from our self-service forums to our full-service support. 

Our tech support people have the hardware and software to duplicate your
environments, and are absolutely 100% committed to ferreting out problems.
When you use our full-service support, you get a ticket number, and that
ticket stays open as long as it takes to get an answer-- and we have a
good escalation policy so production issues can get rapid attention.

Second, if you use our website to look for answers but don't find them,
please send us email feedback. All of our web pages have a personal email
at the bottom, so you can send email directly to the owner of the page.

For big issues like "you need sample projects and code examples" or "you
need to have NetDynamics technical marketing people and technical support
people participating in the forums", write to all of these people:
