I sent you directly to a detail page, so there probably was no advice as to
what to do if you don't have a password.

If you come in at a higher level, there is a notice that supported
customers (and I think you must be one or at least work for one, judging
from your email domain) should send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] if
they need a username/password to get into protected areas.

My understanding is that more and more of the support area will be
protected in the future, so it would behoove everybody to get set up.
