[ND] ND 4.13 and NT/Service Pack 4

I would like to get feedback concerning ND 4.13 and NT 4.0 with Service Pack 4 (+Web 
Server IIS 4.0). 
Has anyone run ND 4.13 with SP 4 on deploying? What kind of problems did you find?
