Sounds like the typical problems caused by improper use of Instance
variables. Avoiding static variables is not enough. The usage of an instance
variables is valid only within a ***single web event***, since the same Page
Instance is shared by different user sessions. 

A little more explanation of what you are trying to do and how, will help
diagnose the problem.
