Daphne,
I don't think browsers send the whole list to http server so if you don't
change the front end you have no hope of getting the items in ND, only the
selected ones.
You could either write some JavaScript to tuck the values away, perhaps by
selecting them all, or putting them in a hidden field.
Or switch to a Java front end.
