1. right-click on the command ctr shortcut, choose Properties....
2. In the Properties box, click the 'shortcut' tab
3. The target field will be set to something like
'C:\NetDynamics\NetDynamics40\Program\CommandCenterJDK.bat'
4. Add "-advanced" to the right end (leaving at least one space after
"....bat")
