removeUserSession() IS the correct method to use to mark an
user session in the PE as non-active. I think the real issue here
isn't how many active sessions the PE has (the app server will not
deny service because a certain number of active session in the
PE reached a certain level) but rather how many
licenses are being used. ND's license scheme is utilimately
responsible for providing new users access to the app server.
You can track how many licenses are used in the stat viewer
under Service Locator.
