As Grace said, turn on logging. At least in the CP service and the RDBMS
service (in the command center), go to the 'logging' tab and click the
options under 'timing'.
This could be any number of things, and one or more of us will probably be
able to help you once we know what the problem is (if it isn't obvious to
you), but you have to tell us what is really happening.
