The url should be:
http://localhost:2080/cgi-bin/ndCGI.exe/projectname/pagename
You could just type that into your browser (with the correct project and
page names).
In order for the foot thing to work, you have to have the page icon
selected, I believe. I never use that thing, or hardly ever.
