[ND] DB2 returing an error but NetDynamics does not create an exception

We are experiencing a problem on NetD version 4.1.2 running on both AIX and NT where 
we execute an SQL and DB2 is 
returning an error but NetD does not create an exception and continue to send the 
request to DB2 until it eventually returns
