In general in Java and ND you have to be very careful pointing to the same object from 
more than one place.
When in doubt or if you run into strange behaviors try to create new objects.
Session Object is specially dangerous.
Most users including myself think of session objects as unique and persistant.
In some case they are not. 
I also start defining constant objects in a static file to reduce the number of "new 
objects" needed.
Java is not too efficient in garbage collecting also.
