The Installation and Configuration Documentation for ND 4 states that a
System Requirment is to have Windwos NT (SP3 or 4.0). So why does the note
below indicate that there's a problem with SP4.
Is there really a known problem with SP4 and is ND suggesting we don't go
with it?
