We saw this message when our link files were getting messed up
because of our use of VisualSourceSafe 6.0.
To determine which class was the problem we turned on
the CP Service terse debug. This shows each class as it is
being loaded. You will see this message and the classname following
it is the class with the problem. You can try a repair or just take
a look at the .s* and link files and see if you can fix the problem.
