ND4 hrefs have a lot of restrictions in order to fulfill all the
pointy-clicky stuff.
One way to get out from under this is to define the field not as an href,
but as a static text field, and then, in the onBeforeHtmlOutput event,
generate the exact html you need for your href, including the <a
href="whatever"> stuff.
