It cannot find the the nd_* jar files in the
NetDynamics/Netdynamics40/Classes directory.
You can check if they
- they did not disappear (it happened to me once)
- you have the right permissions
- nd_server*.jar is in your NETDYN_CLASSPATH envir. variable.
- on Unix you have to run nd.kshrc first to source environment.
This is valid for ND 4.x (you did not mention the version).
