Hi All,
I just found the solution that made my setup work.
My problem was that I was using the Informix supplied
JDBC driver, since in the Solaris ND download there's no
JDBC driver.
Using the ND supplied JDBC driver (that I got from the
WinNT CDROM), them the connection works and it is possible
to see all fields.
So, DO NOT use the Informix supplied JDBC driver, at least
if you're connecting from a ND Server on Solaris.
One detail is that it only works if I don't
put anything in the "Owner of Databases Objects" field of
the Data Source Wizard, but I believe this was discussed
in other e-mails.
My thanks to everybody that tried to help.
Bruno.
