I have a project using frames which has been converted from ND3.12 to
ND4.13.
I 3.12 there was a need to perform some session locking in order for the
framesets to appear properly under multiple CPs. This did not appear to be
the case with a single CP (development machine).
It is my understanding from the ND4 documentation that this code should not
be required any longer.
Does anyone have any thoughts.
