As I understand it choices are:
1. ND5.x
2. Perl
3. Servlets
We use Perl.
We use CGI.pm, rather than first principals approach that the script in the
tech notes uses. The lightweight library, cgi-lib.pl, has a size limitation
on the file uploaded.

Our user needs to upload files to server. Is it possible to
implement itin ND? I did some testing on this.
It seems that nd does not support the form's enctype - multipart. I
was getting a session exception.
We dont want to use scripts like perl as suggested in tech notes. Is
there a work around?
