Here's an example for an oracle datasource.  This code would be in the
onAfterInit event of the datasource.

  try
  {
      addDBErrorRecoveryPlan (
       new CSpDBErrorRecoveryPlan (
        CSpDBErrorRecoveryPlan.IGNORE_ERROR,
        3113,    // Handles  ORA-3113 error
        0,
        true,
        CSpDBErrorRecoveryPlan.ALWAYS_RETRY,  // Retry 3 times
        3));

    //  Add other recovery plans if needed
  }
  catch (Exception ex)
  {
   CSpLog.send(this,CSpLog.ERROR,"Error adding RecPlan; error : " + ex);
  }
