This limit is probably database specific.
We got more rows with Sybase by changing cursor type.
request.getDBExecuteControl ().setFetchMethod (
CSpDBExecuteControl.MEMORY_TABLE_FETCH_METHOD);

but still I am getting only 1000 rows from the database.
