In the project browser for that page, make sure that the button appears AFTER the
display fields that are bound
to it.
If the button appears before the bound fields, ND doesn't seem to be aware of them
when it sends that page
to SourceSafe. So it removes the numerical reference to those fields from the section
of the .spg file that
describes the button (but it leaves in the reference to the page - this is why you see
the page icon instead of the
display field icon when you go through the button wizard).
