I think you might need also to alter NETDYN_CLASSPATH, which ND instituted
to get around some limitations/bugs in Windows. Somebody wrote a good
explanation of CLASSPATH vs. NETDYN_CLASSPATH here not long ago, or you
might find something in the tech notes.
