We've recently started getting Oracle 1041 errors (internal error. hostdef extension doesn't exist) in one of our applications. Sometimes clearing cache seems to fix the problem, but other times it doesn't and we keep trying different things until it magically seems to work again (I hate it when that happens!). Does anyone have any insight into this problem. Thanks for the help.
