Hi Every body, Trying to use stored proc for oracle from ND has given me a lot of grief so far. It appears that problem is in the plumbing work viz., correct driver, oracle client, connect string etc. I will be greatful if one of you many who are enjoying the storeprocs with ND can take time and answer my questions- My Config: Oracle Client - 8.0.5 Driver used - Oracle ODBC driver Did SP work - No ND tech support says following drivers are certified- Driver For Oracle Client -------------- ----------- 1. MS ODBC Driver for Oracle, V 2.0 8.0.4 2. Intersolve v3.1 7.3.1 & 8.0.4 I tried no. 1 driver but having hard time creating a datasource in the studio. QUESTIONS: ---------- 1. What should be the 'connect string' value when setting up an ODBC datasource using MS ODBC driver 2.0? 2. Where to get new ODBC drivers (like Intersolve's) from? 3. Does any body has same config as mine and successfully used SPs? 4. If yes to 3 then how did you do it? Any other relevant are welcome. Keeping in mind that this forum has not disappointed me many times, TIA.
