If you add

to the <BODY ...> tag that works fine with Netscape Navigator.
In my experience, IE doesn't respond to this. For that matter, I have found
most of the Javascript functions working fine with NS and not with IE. If
you are keen on supporting IE, I guess there must be a VBSCRIPT equivalent.
