This has been reported to ND.  This problem occurs with updates also.  You
need to do a dummy setvalue on one of your fields to get the insert to work.
The setValue will not take effect since you are doing an override, but
something in the setValue is triggering that an insert needs to be done.

For an update you also have to do a setValue on a "NON-KEY" field.  If you do
the setValue for a key it will get ignored also.
