This can be done.
You need to set up two netdynamics cells.
The you need to put the right files for each cell in the web servers cgi
directory.
You will need to go through some of the documentation on how to setup a new
cell and what files need to be put where.

We currently have our development web server(NES running on port
8000) configured to run ND applications. (The web server and the application
server are on the same machine)
I want to configure the web server(running on port 80 )
to access another copy of the same project ( setup in another
project directory )
to simulate a development and a staging scenario on the
same machine. Is it possible
to do that. If yes then what needs to be set up to
accomplish this ?
