Hi,

To start with, I work on NetDynamics 3.11, Oracle 7.3.3.4.1 forming
the back end

I've got a report page in which the user has to select the records,
from a list box, for which report has to be generated. After selecting the
records and on click of the button, a new page is thrown with the
description about all the selected items ( a HTML table ) . This works fine
as long as the selected items doesn't exceed 700. When the user selects
more than 700 records I get the following error

Content-type: text/html Could not receive a response from the NetDynamics
Application Server.
Please contact the system administrator of this site for assistance.

Initially I thought it might be because of the lengthy WHERE clause in the
SELECT query. Hence I included an option where in the user can either select
all the records ( 1156 records ) or less than 500 so that in the first case
wherein user selects all the records I don't include any WHERE criteria in
the SELECT query. But still I get the same error. If I execute the query in
SQL prompt it executes in less than 5 seconds. When I check the log file I
find the following message.

The last line "[javaCP] (E) CSpUtil.putIndexedElement: Too many indexed
values (more than 1000 ?!?)" repeats for about 150 times in the NetDyn.log
file.

I'm also attaching the NetDyn.log file with this mail.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
