Hello all:
the performance of ND4.12 is extremely poor!! (450MHz CPU, 1GB RAM, 5 HD in RAID 5,
NT Server 4 + SP3, DB2 5.2 with the database of 180MB). we have the license
of 200
clients, if 15 machines in a LAN connect to this server simutaneously, JAVA
will
occupy nearly all CPU resource for quite long time, thus no client can get
the response.
so I try to span CP service across two machines, following the instruction from the
document with this product, I created one partition across two machines. but
when
I see the performance moniter of ND4, I just find one of the ND doesn't have
any
client!!! is there anybody can tell me how should I tackle this problem? or
is performance
of ND always not acceptable on NT platform?
