ND allows a dataObject parameter to contain an aggregate type of struct or table as well as defining none. Has anyone ever used this? Do you know if it would allow me to define a parameter containing a string > 255 characters? I don't see any examples of how this 'aggregate type' is used. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated. I need to find a solution to this asap. thanks, - Marilyn -----Original Message----- From: Beaudreau, Marilyn Sent: Wednesday, June 23, 1999 10:13 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [ND] setValue limitation? I have a stored procedure that is passed a very large string ( greater than 255 characters). Since the .setValue method requires a CSpString it can't handle the entire text I'm sending it. Has anyone else had the situation where they needed to send a string > 255 characters to a stored procedure? Does CSpString only handle 255? thx. > Marilyn Beaudreau > COMPAQ Computer Corporation > > > > _________________________________________________________________________ For help in using, subscribing, and unsubscribing to the discussion forums, please go to: http://www.netdynamics.com/support/visitdevfor.html For dire need help, email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _________________________________________________________________________ For help in using, subscribing, and unsubscribing to the discussion forums, please go to: http://www.netdynamics.com/support/visitdevfor.html For dire need help, email: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
