[ND] ND 4.13 and NT Service Pack 4

A tech at Net Dynamics tells me ND 4.13 is not compatible with NT service pack 4.
He also said that even ND 5.0 is not compatible with NT SP4.  And next release of
5.x may be compatible.

Can anyone out there confirm this.
