This is just a guess and not something that I ever looked into.
Does the page contain lots of HREFs? ND does some caching of information
for Netscape (in user session informarion) that it doesn't do for IE
(because Netscape is capable of dynamic frames targeting, but, at least
until recently, IE isn't).
