I end up with "Content-type: text/html" displayed on my webpage at the
beginning of every subpage in ND version 4.x. It doesn't show up on
mainpages. Does anyone know why this happening and how to prevent it?

PS: The project was upgraded from version 3.x to 4.x. If I create a new
master - subpage set I don't seem to have the "Content-type: text/html"
problem.
