Hello my forum pals, I have a probably very easy question. How can I set up an automatic index number for a record? I'm using an MS Access database and the primary key for one of the tables is an autonumber Index. How do I make sure that when I insert a new record, the ND knows that I'm not sending a NULL value into the database, and the index value is automatically generated. Right now, I'm getting an SQL error telling me that I have to insert the whole record. But, as you understand, I don't want to insert the Index value.
