[ND] Does anyone have a tool or code to parse the sdo files for making global changes?

I need to change all Name, TableName and  ColumnName  properties in the sdo
files from small letters to capitals.  Has anyone already written code to
do this or know of a tool to do this?   Thanks for your help.  -Ann Smyth
