Sorry, no books.
This question has come up from time to time since I have begun using ND
(back at version 3). There just doesn't seem to be the market for a book.
At least that's what the folks at ND tell me. The docs have always been a
sore point.
Personally, I think they should subsidize a book and keep it current.
Educated developers make productive developers.
