1. Make sure that you have compiled the page in question.
2. restart the server or clear cache, clear the log, call the URL, and
then watch the log for any errors at initialization. Sometimes if there is
an error when one object initializes, initialization halts and then
performance is erratic because other objects have not been initialized.
3. (assume you have done this) Make sure page name
spelling/capitalization is correct.
