Vishal,

If the class file exists in the ND project directory (i.e. the code compiled
successfully) and the package is the name of your ND project package, then
it will be found and loaded (you should be able to create a simple example
to prove this out).  Given that you still have a problem, your class may be
pulling in other classes (perhaps as variables or members) that are not
available on your ND classpath.
