Depends on which version you are using:
1. ND 5 supports multipart MIME message
2. With NetDyn 3/4 you have to either write a "hack", that will parse web
vars for file name/contents (we do it that way, it works OK with text files)
or write a CGI, which will save it on a web server (search archives, I
remember postings before)
