To install the ND4.1.3 Service Pack you just extract the zip file's contents into
         your NetDynamics install directory (usually NetDynamics40).  Then copy the 
plugin
         that you use (ndISAPI.dll) from the Programs directory into your web server's 
script
         directory.

I have installed the patch and use jdk1.1.7A and still experience the Dr. Watson 
java.exe
         error constantly.  I have disabled Dr. Watson which allows the server to 
eventually
         recover a few minutes after the java.exe error.  I am going to try using 
jdk1.1.7B
         to see if that helps.
