I assume that you are really sure that you have compiled
everything correctly and that there are fresh .class files available.
Make sure you really have everything in CLASSPATH and
NETDYN_CLASSPATH and that the CP Service
you are running have the correct working directory.

Turn off ND class loader for your CP service.
Clear cache never works for us, so we
usually run the CP Workers out of process
and kill all the CP workers to achieve a clear cache.
(You can't run the ND NT Service under the
system account if you do this)
They should restart immediately.

Remove all .ser files whenever you restart your
project.

This reduces the number of NoClassDefFoundErrors for us anyway.
