Simple. In the ND4 world things are very easy.
Select the page in the studio, and set the ExtraHtml property of the
page to something like:
>> onSubmit="return validate()" <<
(>>whatever<< is my way of quoting without quotes).
Altenatively, the same can be done on onClick of the button.
Open the .htm and write the JS function 'validate' which returns true or
false accordingly.

I need to do some validation on a text box on click of a button or on
submit of a page.
If the validation fails I do not submit the page, else I do. Does anyone
know how to do
this? In ND there is no form tag. Do I overwrite the Spider tag of the
page?
