Actually I think you should sent your default browser to whatever you want
and keep the setup of ND help independent of that. The way I do this is to
create a shortcut with the following command line:

"C:\Program Files\Plus!\Microsoft Internet\IEXPLORE.EXE"
d:\netdynamics\netdynamics4138\docs\res\main\index.html

Adjust to taste.
