Hi,
I have created a very simple EJB on Solaris2.6 ND
Server. I need to connect to this EJB using
a servlet. I am using "jrun" as the servlet
plugin for netscape enterprise Server 3.6. All these applications are on a single
machine
I have attempted all the classpath, ior loca
tions etc to make this connection. I can
connect to this EJB from a standalone java app, but not from servlet. The java.exe
that the servlet uses is from netdyn locations and the Xbootclasspath is set.
Infact,
the machine does not have any other java installation, except for what came
with
ND.
It appears that creating InitialContext
results in to a java.lang.IllegalArgument
Exception. I also tried to make a
CNdCOSI.initialize(machine_ip_adr.Def......)
Even this seems to fail. The code for connecting to EJB is same for standalone java
and servlet.
has anbody used EJBs through servlet ?
